How does it work?
Pick a style and a product, send a photo of your pet: we compose the portrait and you get a preview within 24–48 h. Approve it — or ask for touch-ups — and we print.
What photo should I upload?
A sharp, well-lit photo taken at eye level. Natural light, close to the face, no flash. Not sure? Send a few — we pick the best one.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes! You approve a preview before printing, and touch-ups are included until you love it.
How long does delivery take?
Your preview arrives within 24–48 h. After you approve it, printing and tracked shipping take 2 to 5 days — 3 to 7 days in total.
Can I put several pets on one portrait?
Of course — most products fit up to 4 pets. You add them while customising.

What can the portrait be printed on?
Poster (framed or not), canvas — stretched or float-framed — a soft blanket, a mug, a phone case, socks… Each comes in several sizes, with prices shown while you customise.
What if I don't like the portrait?
Touch-ups are unlimited before printing. And if the printed piece arrives damaged or misprinted, we redo it or refund you.
Is it a good gift?
A perfect one: add a gift card to your order, or give a Pawraa card and let their human pick the style and photo.
Will it really look like them?
That's the whole point of the preview: you see the portrait before we print. The eyes not quite right, a marking missing? Ask for a touch-up — they're included. Nothing gets printed until you say: it's SO him.
